For 2009, the San Francisco watch party will move to The Pub at Ghirardelli Square (Website). The manager has agreed to let us fly the CU flag all season and has been awesome in working with us on great beer, drink and food specials for the season. For those wondering, Jones Sports Bar has been purchased and will not be open for our starting game so we had to make the change. We are looking forward to a great next season!

The Pub is located at 851 Beach St (between Polk and Larkin) in San Francisco. Phone number 415.351.0500. Transportation is easy, just hop on the 30 from the Marina or North Beach, else parking is available and can be validated for up to 2 hours.

For other NorCal regions - Sacramento, Fresno, San Jose, Walnut Creek, Tahoe – let us know if you are interested in coordinating a place to watch the games and we will help you get the word out!

CU parents Kathy and Bill Meleyco and alumna Meredith Moseley (A&S, Mus 01) will be hosting a CU Summer Send-Off in August for new students and their parents. We are extending the invitation to alumni in the hope that you can attend and share your CU experience.

The event will be a casual gathering for students to meet fellow freshmen, a chance for parents to mingle, and a few snacks, drinks, and Colorado-related trivia and prizes.
