1. Budget for the 08-09 fiscal year (July 08 through June 09)
2. Scholarship Program
   • Need to earn at least $750.00 per fiscal year
   • CU Foundation matches $750.00 for a total of a $1,500.00 scholarship for a Northern California high school senior going to CU as a freshman
3. Current Events:
   • Warriors games – Sold out
   • Giants – A’s game – Sold out
   • Happy Hour – June (Chris Hemphill is planning it)
4. Find new location for CU Football Watch Parties
   • Bayside Sports Bar has closed
   • Many new bar ideas emailed to me including JONES
   • Worked a deal with JONES to hold out CU Watch Parties this fall
     • Drink specials
     • They will give us an entire room with 5 flat screens, tables and booths (as long as we can fill it)
5. Future Events/Ideas:
   • Happy hour – 1 per quarter (but not during football season)
   • Networking events
     • Getting demographic information from Kim Egan in Boulder
       1. Male/Female
       2. Age and/or graduation year
       3. Degree and/or major
       4. Married/Single/Kids
     • After demographic data is obtained, we would like to send targeted emails based on the data
   • Wine tasting in Napa – Hold off for now
   • Wine tasting in SanFrancisco – Hold off for now
   • Gather interest for Hiking, biking and running groups
   • Bay to Breakers group – Do not do
   • Golf tourney – conduct survey to see interest and get a person to champion this event
   • Boat Cruise – Do not do
   • Sports Basement End of summer party – Plan with Amy Meyers
   • Watch Parties – Will be at Jones Roadhouse
   • Find quarterly guest speakers
6. Other projects
   • T-shirts
     • Decided on a logo
     • Find best route to produce (either Cafe Press made to order, or buy in bulk
     • Funding for shirts will not be available until the summer
     • Shirts will be gold with logo on front and back
