The first and second blocks of tickets (50 and 40 tickets respectively), have sold out but we have purchased 21 additional tickets as of 30 Oct 2007 and they are now available for purchase!

The sales team at the Golden State Warriors and NorCalBuffs have teamed up for discounted tickets for the Warriors – Detroit Pistons game feat. Chauncey Billups on Wednesday 14 Nov 2007, 7:30 PM!

As many of you remember, the Warriors had an incredible Cinderella season in the NBA playoffs this past spring. The Oracle Arena was sold out for every game and was crowned with the largest basketball attendance in California history (surpassing the Kings, Lakers and Clippers). Now Baron Davis and his now-veteran playoff team is ready to begin the season as the team to beat on the West Coast.

The Warriors 6th game of the season is against the formidable Detroit Pistons! As most of you know, the former CU basketball point guard, Chauncey Billups, has been playing in the NBA for the past 10 years and has since won the MVP with Detroit in the 2004 NBA Championship.

Everyone who comes to this event will be able to participate in the Courtside Shoot-Around and be at court level with both the Warriors and Pistons as they warm up! Courtside Shoot-Around is from 6:00 to 6:30 PM only. Dana Knops (Warriors Sales) will take all participants down to courtside at 6:00 PM sharp. Digital cameras with lenses under 3 inches are allowed, so bring your camera and a pen & program for autographs!

There will also be a FREE in-game Warriors raffle (either before the game or during halftime) for all CU guests! (Free gifts given to us by the Warriors staff)

We have reserved 111 of the NEW Club 200 sideline seats at a discounted rate of $40.00 each. Club 200 is located on the second level with two new bar/lounges, upgraded food options, and additional plasma TV’s. There are also kid interactivity zones for families too! (The new club seats show up on the arena map as section 214).

Tickets will be available for purchase in early September via credit card. Bring family and friends and any fellow BUFFS!
