Where, When? – VIP package T-shirt / Wristband Pickup

We have received a ton of emails asking where you can get these items before the game – Great Question! 2 Options

1) Come to the brick yard to pick up your package wristband from 8 am to 9 am on gameday. After 9 am, no one will be there to check you in, so you have to be there before to get your wristband and t-shirt. First bus leaves at 9 am, next two buses will follow once full, last bus departs at 10:30am.

2) We’re also going to have a check in on Weds night during our meeting. Our meeting will be at 7:00 pm at the Brick Yard in San Francisco.

CU vs. CSU at The Brick Yard – First Watch Party of the Season!

THE BRICK YARD – CU’s 2010 Watch Party Location!

The watch party location votes are in and the NorCal Buffs are excited to announce the location of the 2010 CU football watch parties: The Brick Yard in San Francisco!  Located on San Francisco’s historic Union Street, The Brick Yard is a new neighborhood favorite.

The Brick Yard is the completely remodeled 3,600 square foot venue of our old watch party location, Bayside Sports Bar.  The restaurant and bar opened under new management in June 2010 and has been a hit since!  The Brick Yard offers the perfect gameday ambiance and location to get together with fellow Buffs to cheer on CU.

The Brick Yard has agreed to fly the CU flag on gamedays all season long and to show our games on the big movie theater screen in the back.  The back bar area will be reserved for CU fans.  Management has been awesome in working with us on great specials.  Drink specials will include a bucket of 4 beers for $10 and other specials will also be available to CU fans.  You must be wearing CU gear to receive the food and drink specials!

Fall Preview in Berkeley – Sept 8th, The Claremont Hotel

The Buffaloes are roaming to Berkeley on Wednesday, Sept. 8 to talk to prospective students and their families about attending CU. With so many CU staffers in town, the Alumni Association and Parent Relations would like to invite alumni and parents of current students to join us for a networking event at the Claremont Hotel Club and Spa lounge from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Hear the latest from Boulder, have a chance to win great CU prizes and mingle with other alumni and parents. Appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.

We also are looking for a handful of people to speak about their CU experiences at the prospective student preview program from 7 to 8:30 p.m., also in the Claremont Hotel. If you are interested in speaking at the preview, please check the box on the online registration form. Because we are limited to three to five speakers, we will select volunteers that provide a breadth of background (i.e. grad year, major, occupation, etc.) If you are not speaking at the preview event, we encourage you to attend and listen to the program.

Wednesday, Sept. 8
