How do I get tickets to the game?
- You can call the alumni association today, donate $100 to the buff fund and then are allowed to buy up to 4 game tickets. If you want to sit with the NorCal Buffs, say so when you buy your ticket. Our initial tickets sold out fast, this is the only way to get tickets until they go on sale to the public on August 2nd. Please contact the Buff Club at 303-492-2200 or 1-800-621-1700 to ensure that you have the opportunity to purchase tickets before they go on sale to the general public.
Can I buy Pregame Bash only tickets?
- For those who live outside of San Francisco and don’t want to do the VIP bus packages or for those who have attendees under 21, pregame bash tickets are also still available on colorado.edu/roadbuffs. This is the place to be before the game! The pregame bash will be held at Underhill Field (view campus map), just a five-minute walk from the stadium. Enjoy drinks, food, and festivities with Buffs fans before we kickoff against Cal. Space is limited, so purchase early. A bash ticket is also included in the NorCal Buffs Gold VIP Package.
Does the NorCal Buffs Gold or Black VIP package include game tickets?
- No, The packages include a Luxury bus to and from the game, beer, champagne, a t-shirt, raffles and will we generally awesome but you still need to buy your own game ticket as explained above.

WIN two Black VIP Packages to the CU vs. Cal game!
The NorCal Buffs are holding a t-shirt design contest and we want all the creative Buffs in the Bay Area to submit their designs for the NorCal Buffs CU vs. Cal gameday t-shirt! The designer of the winning t-shirt design will win two Black VIP packages to the CU vs. Cal game in Berkeley on September 11th! The winning design will be featured as the official NorCal Buffs t-shirt for the CU vs. Cal game and it will be the gameday t-shirt included with the Gold and Black VIP Packages.
BLACKOUT GAME! The NorCal Buffs are designating the CU vs. Cal game as a BLACKOUT game for the Bay Area alumni, meaning that NorCal Buffs will wear black t-shirts to the game to cheer on CU! As CU and Cal fans both wear gold to most games, a BLACKOUT game is a the perfect way for CU fans to stand out and show their Buff pride in BLACK!!!
Rules and Deadlines:
- Submit a t-shirt design for the CU vs. Cal game to Chris@norcalbuffs.com.
- T-shirt design submissions are due by Thursday, July 15th.
- Designs will be screen-printed on a black t-shirt to incorporate the BLACKOUT theme.
- The NorCal Buffs Board Members will vote on the winning t-shirt design.
- The winner will win two Black VIP Packages for transportation to Berkeley for the CU vs. Cal game!

The NorCal Buffs are hosting a VIP gameday event for the CU vs. Cal game on September 11, 2010. The VIP event includes entrance to CU’s official Pregame Bash, round-trip transportation in luxury coach buses from The Marina in San Francisco to Cal’s campus in Berkeley, a special CU vs. Cal t-shirt, drinks, and the ultimate VIP treatment.
Pregame Bash Details: We secured a limited amount of tickets to the Pregame Bash, CU’s official party in Berkeley. It is the place to be before the game! The Pregame Bash will be held at Underhill Field, just a five-minute walk from Cal’s Memorial Stadium. Enjoy drinks, food, and festivities with Buffs fans before kickoff against Cal. Space is limited and the Pregame Bash WILL SELL OUT. Prices increase June 10th.

The COLORADO ROCKIES will be in San Francisco Wednesday, June 2nd, 2010. Join your fellow CU Alum and come root them on as they beat the SF Giants! (or the other way around) Tickets are $26 and there will be a pre-game party at nearby bar – Nova, 5pm.
Be sure to get your tickets by May 1st as they will go up to $31 after that. Tickets will only be available in the CU Block for a limited amount of time. Hope to CU there! And remember to where your Colorado gear!

CU vs. Cal Weekend, Sept. 10-11, Book early!
Join CU Buff alums and fans as we take on the Cal Bears for our big away game event of the year in beautiful Berkeley, Calif., on Saturday, Sept. 11. We have an exciting weekend planned and will feature a Friday evening opening reception and a Saturday pregame party. The game is being held at Cal Memorial Stadium.
Hotel rooms are reserved for University of Colorado fans in downtown San Francisco. Football game tickets are available for purchase with a pregame ticket. Rooms and game/pregame tickets will go very fast, so book early! There’s plenty to see and do in San Francisco ― check our website for more information.

Sather Tower is a campanile (bell and clock tower) on the University of California, Berkeley campus. It is more commonly known as The Campanile
They say that the Beach at Arapahoe Basin cannot be replicated but we plan on doing it better than them on April 10th 2010 for our first ever CU NOR CAL Buffs End of the Year Ski Bash at Alpine Meadows. We know that this is late notice but with the 3+ ft of snow the past few days and much more to come it’s not yet time to put the planks in the attic.
Cost: $45, Includes Lift Ticket and Beer
